FAQ

Units come with cookware, service ware, dish soap, RV-safe toilet paper, and paper towels.

Linens are not included. We can provide linens for $45 per set.

A cleaning fee of $115 will be charged to all units.

Motorized RVs- 150 miles per night is included. 7 full nights=1,000 miles included. Over miles= .50 per mile.

Generators usage is $3 per hour

All RVs- All holding tanks must be emptied and the gas and propane tanks need to be filled prior to return. A $75 labor will be charged if tanks are not emptied/filled, plus the cost of gas.

Pets are not allowed in any of the RVs unless otherwise stated.

Please No Smoking, Vaping or Marijuana use in RV/Campers.

Deposits are non-refundable:

Trailers

$300 deposit or 35%, whichever is greater

Motorized RVs

$400 deposit or 35%, whichever is greater

Balances are charged 30 days prior to pick-up date. All funds collected are non-refundable but can be transferred to another rental reservation within the same calendar year.

Security deposits are charged upon pick-up. Once the unit is returned, the security deposit will be returned to you within 7 business days:

Trailers- $750

Motorized RVs- $750

There is a $75 fee for pick ups before 8am & after 8pm.

There is a 3 night minimum on all RV/Campers rentals.
